Summary
Logio is an operations intelligence platform for ecommerce operators. We connect to your data sources on your authorization, normalize that data into a private graph, and use it to draft your daily Briefing and your operator-dictated Briefs. Your data is yours. It is not shared with other tenants. It is not sold. It is not used to train third-party models.
Who we are
Logio is operated by Logio, Inc. (“Logio,” “we,” “our”). You can reach us at hello@uselogio.com. If you have a privacy-specific request, write to the same address with [privacy] in the subject.
What we collect
- Account and profile data. Name, work email, company, role, time zone. Provided by you when you create an account.
- Connector data. When you connect a source — Shopify, Klaviyo, and future connectors — Logio receives the records that source exposes under the scopes you authorize. Read-scoped by default. Write-scoped only when you explicitly approve a specific Action that requires it.
- Operator-authored memory.Notes, preferences, and policies you write into Logio (“remember this,” trust dial settings, autonomy thresholds).
- Operational memory.Patterns Logio has observed across your tenant — baselines, what you’ve approved, what you’ve declined. Computed from your interactions with the product.
- Telemetry and logs. IP address, browser type, page-view events, error traces. Used to keep the product up and to debug failures.
How we use it
- To run the product — draft Briefings, run Briefs, build Workspaces, deliver artifacts.
- To improve the product for your tenant — operational memory, baselines, learned thresholds.
- To support you — answer your questions, debug your issues.
- To keep the platform secure — detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access.
- To meet legal obligations — respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use your tenant data to train third-party foundation models.
Where it lives
Customer data is stored in the United States with standard cloud infrastructure providers (compute, database, blob storage). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. SOC 2 Type II is in progress; we’ll publish the report when it’s available.
How long we keep it
- Active tenant data — for as long as your account is active.
- Connector data — for as long as the connector is authorized; deleted within 30 days of disconnect.
- Operational memory — for the life of the tenant. You can delete entries from the memory editor at any time.
- Telemetry and logs — 90 days, then aggregated and anonymized.
- Account closure — on closure we delete tenant data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (billing records, audit trails).
Subprocessors
Logio uses a small set of subprocessors for cloud hosting, model inference, transactional email, and analytics. The current list is available on request from hello@uselogio.com. We commit to maintaining a published subprocessor list before general availability.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@uselogio.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA, others), those rights apply on top of this policy.
Security incidents
If we discover a security incident that affects your data, we’ll notify you within 72 hours of confirming impact, with the facts we have at that point and a remediation plan.
Children
Logio is built for business operators. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in product and via email to the account owner before they take effect. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
